I'm not sure if this is old news to you guys but I just heard that the WTS is now giving 30mins Public talks instead of 45mins public talks. This new arrangement is starting on Jan 2008. I think the WTS has seen that the R&F has had enought of all these meetings and is trying to wind them down without it looking like they are giving in.

Yes I do. Very much so... My relationship with God has never being so good..and I think he cares for everone in here and all those who have being mislead and had theirs lives messed up by fasle religion, he knows your intentions were good.

If I recall correctly, charles russel said that the WT should only receive finance through the selling of the watertower mag, and if sales should drop then thats God's way of saying "thats enough".

The internet is the ONLYplace that a JW can experience true freedom of speech, you can’t say things like that in the KH, when they have Watchtowers articles that preach their propaganda about not completely higher education, everyone raised their hands and agrees, you have to agree, can you imagine if someone raise’s their hands and says that they don’t agree, that they want to advise their children to do well at school, they’ll get into trouble from the elders.

I knew one JW elder who would say that tasting or swallowing blood when you had a blood tooth or bleeding in your mouth for whatever reason was wrong. He was an extremist and an idiot, I finally had to witness against him when he was removed as an elder.

by minimus inby "discipline" i mean, either private, public reproof, disfellowshipping or something that got you in enough trouble that you had to be counseled by the loving shepherds and it cost you something by not having "privileges".

I was on full restrictions for 18 months.... One and one half years... no commenting...no prayer..no reading...nothing. sat their like a bag of patotoes...i think it might be a record. and no sheperding call either for all that time...they treated DFed ones better then me.
